At Defeatnik.com, we proudly ship worldwide from Ukraine using the country’s largest and most reliable carrier Nova Post. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range from 1 to 10 days.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is being processed, so you can follow its journey from Ukraine to your doorstep. We take great care to ensure your package arrives safely because every Defeatnik item carries a story worth delivering.

Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties or taxes may apply when your order arrives in your country, but they aren’t charged in every case. These fees are set by local customs and, if applied, will need to be paid before delivery. We try to help keep any potential charges to a minimum, but any import duties or taxes required by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

Each Defeatnik item is handcrafted from the metal of destroyed military equipment. Because of the nature of our materials and the story behind every piece, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds, except in cases of damage during shipping or if you receive the wrong item. If that happens, just reach out — we’ll make it right.

Please note: Each item is unique and may include natural imperfections from the battlefield. There may be small defects on your Defeatnik. Not all the metal is perfect. It’s been through a war. Small holes or abrasions may exist. If you want perfect, please go to one of our competitors that produces fake garbage. Ours are real and sometimes won’t win any beauty contest.
